AT@Work (www.atatwork.org) is a Dutch network of professionals from the government, knowledge institutes, NGOs and the private sector interested in the large scale market introduction of appropriate water and sanitation technologies. During the 4th World Water Forum in Mexico members of AT@Work will organise a course that will focus on the essential role of Appropriate Technologies for meeting the MDGs. Participants will be exposed to best practices on effective, affordable and sustainable water-, sanitation-, and hygiene technologies and will be made familiar with the use of an AT Protocol that describes characteristics that are deemed to be crucial for the succesfull 'market introduction' of promosing technologies.
