Clean Water Now!

Clean Water Now! and NEDAP have developed a unique solution for Rural Villages using Solar Energy and UV Technology: NAIADE. Naide is a stand-alone water purifier that removes micro-organic pollution from suspect sources such as dug-wells, shallow boreholes, creeks, rivers, lagoons lakes, and rainwater catchments.

How it works: Water is filled at the top and passes triple filters before collecting in a storage tank. By pushing a button, water flows under controlled conditions through an Ultra Violet reactor to the tap. A Solar Panel (PV) produces the required energy and charges a battery for back-up during dark hours or monsoon.

The water flow stops when filters are clogged or removed, or when UV does not meet its specifications.

Filters van be washed-out by hand; no costly replacements.
